Hi, I’m Adam

I am the owner, PT, and a running coach for RunMental. I was born and raised in the greater St. Louis, Mo area where I went to PT school and worked as a PT until moving to Colorado Springs in 2020 with my wife and 2 dogs (Pre and Cash). Prior to moving, I also obtained my coaching certification through USATF. Growing up I began to develop a passion for health and fitness in high school through my growing love of cross country and track. Multiple injuries while running in high school and college lead me to begin to believe that I was an injury prone runner who ultimately feared running. More than once I thought my career was over because of them. Coupled with my learning as a PT and coach, these experiences forced me to learn a lot about myself and what the human body is capable of. To this day, I am currently running consistently and occasionally competitively. I started Run Mental and brought on Hannah, who helps on the coaching side, to guide you on your path to running strong and confident!
